Backpacks & Bleeders has returned! Thanks to our sponsor, UC San Diego Health Hemophilia & Thrombosis Treatment Center, we are able to bring you this series of programs that promotes breaking boundaries and an appreciation for the outdoors.
Join us for our fall event – rock climbing at Mesa Rim! Rock Climbing is a fun, low risk athletic activity that is shown to increase range of motion and over all joint health. Adaptive climbing instructors will assist you based on your climbing experience.

Beginning climbers welcome. Open too all; ages 4 years and up (NO childcare provided). Parents must be with their children at all times. Rock climbing includes climbing lesson, harness, climbing shoes, and certified climbing instructors.
What to Bring
Plan to wear workout clothes that allow you to stretch while climbing. No jeans. Space will be available for your belongings, but please leave valuables at home.
Ample FREE parking in lot.
