Art Therapy Workshop
Discover a simple and meaningful way to relax and reconnect through art, an opportunity to get a ‘taste’ of the therapeutic use of the creative process with a mindfulness-based approach. Designed especially for patients living with long term or chronic issues, this session provides a safe, supportive space to express yourself and find moments of peace.

No art skills required—just a willingness to try something new, an open mind to practice self-care in a creative, colorful way.
