Learning about Lymphatic Massage Class
Join us for an informative lecture and demonstration on Lymphatic Massage. Lymphatic Massage is a gentle form of massage that is very beneficial for swelling and inflammation especially for those with a sluggish lymphatic system. Participants will learn what lymphatic massage is, the benefits for people with bleeding disorders, how to perform lymphatic massage on yourself, and ask questions to our speaker, Theresa Gamlin.

Yoga Class
Patients will be guided through a gentle yoga class, with chair modifications included, to help control their breathing and calm their nervous system. When the body is relaxed, it can better grow, heal, and repair. Gentle yoga also encourages blood circulation and flexibility—important factors for people with hemophilia and other bleeding and clotting disorders. Lunch will be provided after class.
